Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG) has presented its newest high-rise project for Miami, a residential tower dubbed Lilli. This edifice, rising to 636 feet (193 meters), is strategically positioned on a narrow expanse along Miami's waterfront, promising a design that exudes graceful simplicity and elegance.
The Lilli tower is characterized by its sinuous contours and expansive glass surfaces, punctuated by sleek metallic floor plates. Its interiors are meticulously crafted to blend seamlessly with the building's architectural flow, utilizing a muted palette of natural finishes to enhance the abundant light and panoramic vistas of Biscayne Bay. The design incorporates curved balconies on the bay-facing side and more substantial terraces on the opposing facade, ensuring a consistent aesthetic from its base to its apex, where a rooftop pool and deck will offer breathtaking views.
This impressive structure will accommodate 117 luxurious residences across its 53 floors, complemented by a full suite of upscale amenities, including inviting lounges, serene pools, and indulgent spas. Lilli represents another significant contribution by AS+GG to Miami's burgeoning skyline, following their recent completion of a yacht-inspired building in the city, and reaffirms their reputation for designing iconic architectural marvels worldwide, such as the forthcoming Jeddah Tower.
The integration of nature and sophisticated design within urban developments like Lilli enriches the city's architectural panorama. Such thoughtful constructions not only provide exceptional living spaces but also elevate the aesthetic and practical standards of urban waterfronts, fostering a more engaging and inspiring cityscape for all.
