Audrey Ellis Fox makes her directorial debut with this film, working from her own script which earned a spot on the prestigious 2024 Black List.

Rowland's involvement in "NDA" follows his departure from "Sweet Magnolias," where he was a beloved character for four seasons. His decision to leave the show before its fifth season, which premiered in June, was driven by a desire to explore new acting opportunities.
