In the vibrant coastal region of Matanzas, Chile, approximately two and a half hours south of Santiago, stands La Negrilla House, a magnificent vacation residence. Completed in 2025, this architectural marvel, crafted by Croxatto y Opazo Arquitectos, is strategically positioned 50 meters above sea level. This elevated location affords residents sweeping, unobstructed views of the vast Pacific Ocean and the verdant coastal landscape. The project's team included Nicolás Opazo, Felipe Croxatto, Martín Dellatorre, and José Pablo O’Ryan, with Construction FCF managing the construction, Javiera Uribe overseeing the landscaping, and Luis Della Valle providing structural engineering expertise.
