Instructions

A prominent financial advisory firm, MAI Capital Management, has announced the addition of two seasoned advisors to its sports and entertainment division. Jon Hayes and Tim Hightower, formerly of Constellation Sports Council (CSC), bring with them extensive experience in managing assets for professional athletes primarily in baseball and basketball. This strategic move aims to enhance MAI's capabilities within the sports and entertainment sector by integrating CSC’s expertise and client base.

With a robust track record at CSC, Hayes and Hightower managed approximately $280 million in client assets. They have successfully transitioned these funds to MAI, along with expectations of an additional $200 million from ongoing contracts. Jon Hayes, who previously held the position of president and co-founder at CSC, founded the company in 2019 alongside several renowned retired athletes. These include NBA legends Ray Allen and David West, as well as MLB stars Barry Larkin and Jamey Carroll.

The integration of CSC’s talent into MAI Capital Management signifies a significant step forward in expanding their services tailored specifically for high-profile clients in the sports industry. By leveraging the deep connections and specialized knowledge that Hayes and Hightower possess, MAI anticipates further growth in this niche market.

This expansion not only strengthens MAI's portfolio but also underscores its commitment to providing comprehensive financial strategies for athletes. With the new team members on board, MAI is poised to deliver enhanced value through personalized financial planning solutions designed to meet the unique needs of sports professionals.
